The invitation to the course opening will be sent out by the end of June at the latest (autumn courses by the end of August). If you have any questions in the meantime, please contact the course instructors or our office.
Accident insurance
It is the responsibilty of participants to arrange for accident insurance.
Under age participants
Parents are also responsible for their children throughout the course. Arosa Kultur declines all responsibility. Parents are held liable for any damage caused by their children. Participants must arrange their own insurance. If your child is staying in a hotel overnight on their own, we kindly ask you to discuss and arrange for their care with the hotel in question. Arosa Kultur declines any responsibility for under-age participants during free time outside course sessions.
Dogs
Unfortunately, dogs are not allowed during the course lessons. Please contact the hotel directly to find out whether dogs are allowed in the hotel.
Concert Pass
Holders of the «Concert Pass» can attend Berg-Kirchli concerts and lectures in the Heimatmuseum free of charge throughout the summer/​autumn of the year that is shown on the front of the card.
For all other concerts organised by Arosa Kultur holders of the pass are entitled to the same reduction as our members.
The Concert Pass is free for all participants of the Arosa Music Course weeks. It is available to family members for CHF 10. – .
It is personal, non-transferable and non-refundable (e.g. if not used).
Child Care
In collaboration with the «Sunnastrahl Day Nursery – Kita Sunnastrahl Arosa» and the «Bärenbande Arosa» we are able to offer the possiblity of day care for the children of parents who are participating in the course weeks during weekdays (but not at weekends).
Kita Sunnastrahl Arosa – Day Nursery Sunnastrahl
For children age 1 to 7 years old (younger children on request). Morning, afternoon or full-day care available. Participants receive a special price for childcare.

Bärenbande Arosa (Arosa Bear Gang)
«Bärenbande Arosa» offers an exciting programme in July, August and October.
For children age 4 and over (mornings, registration necessary) and 6 years old (afternoons, registration necessary)
