I wish to wholeheartedly thank the organization team as well as the professors Maurice Steger, Martin Zimmermann, Max Volbers and Céline Pasche for yet another smooth and impeccably well conducted masterclass, especially during these difficult Covid-19 times. Despite the pandemic this course always kept its doors open, and with the precautions taken by all members of staff and participants I always felt safe, which nowadays is extremely important. I also wish to thank the regular students that show up each and every year, making this a very special course indeed which I personally always look forward to with great pleasure, not only for the musical moments shared, but also for the humane relationships involved. Last but not least, a special shout out to Max Volbers for the chamber music projects, which I thoroughly enjoyed.
